Our Hellogamegold registered sellers will never ask a customer to return goods once they have been traded. If a person were to contact your character in-game and inform that the goods traded were for another customer , or any other reason :
--DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS no matter what the reason was :
--Set him/her to your ignore list.
--take a screenshot of the conversation and send the details over to our customer support.

Aways verify with our customer support if you were approached to return a trade by a person a persons claiming to be affiliated with Hellogamegold , they could be looking to scam you out of your purchases.
